Euphorbia viguieri drops it's leaves when stressed or seasonal conditions change. Even as a leafless trunk Euphorbia viguieri is an impressive bonsai specimen. It needs no water when it is in it's dormant phase, a perfect bonsai houseplant. Euphorbia viguieri is a single-stemmed species with ovate, bright green leaves and a stem with stiff stipules. It will be in it's active growing phase in full sun and warm conditions. During it's growth stage it likes to have wet feet and feed with liquid fertilzer such as Miracle-Gro.
